The Human Resource Manager’s Forum is an exceptional event dedicated to HR managers in Moldova, the only one of this scale on local market organized by the training and consultancy company AXA Management Consulting.
The event aims to develop human capital of companies in Moldova, to strengthen human resources managers community, to facilitate the exchange of advanced and innovative experiences in the field.
During editions, the Forum has become a platform for dialogue between specialists in human resources in successful companies that allows them to express their opinions and promote a constructive exchange of ideas and experiences. They also are able to find concrete solutions applicable in human resources shared by local and foreign consultants invited to the event.
Forum activities take place during a full day and are structured in the following way:
- Presentations of current trends in human resources management, provided by consultants from abroad and from Moldova
- Presentation of concrete experiences of HR managers from local companies
- Practical workshops to develop the skills of HR professionals
Participants: 50 directors and human resources managers from various companies in Moldova.
