Director since establishment of PRIMUM ESSE in 1994. Manages the team and works on consulting projects.

Under Solveiga’s management, PRIMUM ESSE, start-up at the beginning of private business in Lithuania, currently is a highly experienced HR consultancy company having a good reputation among clients.

Consulting activity: recruitment and competencies assessment systems, performance appraisal systems (development and implementation), outplacement projects, strategic planning sessions etc.

Educational projects: National project “Time for leaders” – Consultancy model creation group manager; Lithuanian Ministry of Education – Methodology of competencies assessment for school principals.

ILONA LIXANDRU, Director of Human Resources, Lafarge Romania

Graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Bucharest and a course of postgraduate anthropology culture, I assumed the challenges of human resources management in 2004 when I took responsibility to lead the department of Human Resources for the Aggregates & Concrete Division of Lafarge group Romania. From 2008 to 2010 I coordinated the human resources within the same division for Central European countries and in September 2010 we took over the duties of Human Resources off all divisions of Lafarge group Romania: cement, aggregates, concrete and gypsum.

 VITALIE POPA, Senior Consultant, AXA Management Consulting Consulting

Vitalie has considerable experience in implementing a variety of consultancy programs for the representatives from financial and banking area, telecommunications, trade and distribution, as well as in the nonprofit sector.
 
He studied and had his internships in Great Britain, USA and Germany. He obtained his PG Diploma in Management and Leadership from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK .

Vitalie has been involved as an international consultant in various projects in Austria, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania, Russia and Ukraine.

During his activity in AXA Management Consulting, Vitalie has specialized in the following areas: Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, Organization Optimization Management.
