THE SECOND ANNUAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS' FORUM. AXA Management Consulting and Human Resource Managers' Club in partnership with AQA Logistic & Consulting is organizing the Second Annual Human Resource Managers' Forum in Moldova in May 27-28, 2008.
The event is aimed to contribute to the development of human resource managers and companies directors' professionalism, to the consolidation of human resource managers' community, and to the facilitation of exchange of advanced and innovative experience in that area.
The activities of the Forum will be structured in the following way:
- Presentations of human resource consultants from Ireland, Lithuania and Moldova;
- Case studies and practical experiences presented by human resource managers from Moldova;
- Two workshops with relevant subjects offered by consultants from Ireland and Moldova:
1. Practical Steps on How to Introduce a Performance Management System in Your Organisation
2. Development of Organizational Competence Model
