THE THIRD ANNUAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS' FORUM. On 10th of June 2010, AXA Management Consulting in partnership with the Global Compact Network Moldova and the U.S. Embassy in Moldova organized the third edition of Human Resource Managers Forum, on "Human resources management and labor standards."
The activities of the Forum was structured in the following way:
- Presentations of human resource consultants and experts from USA,Romania and Moldova;
- Case studies presented by human resource managers;
- Workshops on different subjects in this area.

CLAUDE CAHN, United Nations Development Expert, USA Mr. Cahn’s areas of expertise include human rights law and policy, equality and anti-discrimination law, minority rights, economic and social rights, migration and refugee law, environmental justice, monitoring methodologies, policy and law analysis, public outreach, and matters relating to the Romani communities. He has been active in the campaign for an Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. He is the author of numerous reports and journal articles.
He is currently Human Rights Adviser in the Office of the Resident Coordinator of the United Nations in Moldova. He holds degrees in Literature, History and Law.

HORAŢIU FUFEZAN, Consultant Senior, Management Development Center, Cluj-Napoca, Romania Graduate of Technical University, his career included management positions both in industry and services and trade. Currently he provides consulting in Human Resources Management at the Management Development Centre.
The competences which it has developed in human resources managementi involves: developing and supporting staff development programs, organizational consulting (problem diagnosis, developing and implementing an intervention plan) strategic intervention (the development and implementation of the selection process of the strategy, organizational diagnosis), assessment of performance.

LUDMILA MIRZAEVA, Human Resources Manager, LAFARGE CIMENT MOLDOVA The decision to build a career of HR manager brought her into the business world.
At the moment she is a professional with extensive experience in HR in the transnational companies as Coca Cola Imbutiliere Chisinau and Lafarge Ciment Moldova.
Also she actively participated in various training programs and international conferences in human resources management area at local and international levels: France, Romania, Russia and Ireland. All this has helped Ludmila to become a strategic partner for the company's management team Lafarge Ciment Moldova.

LUDMILA STIHI, Consultant Senior, AXA Management Consulting Ludmila holds considerable experience in implementing many development programs for the industry advisory banking, telecommunications, trade, distribution and manufacturing. She holds a PhD in Economics and received important training courses in Moldova and abroad.
Over the period of activity in AXA Management Consulting, Ludmila has specialized in areas such as: Sales and Customer Service, Human Resource Management and Organizational Management.

VITALIE POPA, Consultant Senior, AXA Management Consulting Vitalie has considerable experience in implementing a variety of consultancy programs for the representatives from financial and banking area, telecommunications, trade and distribution, as well as in the nonprofit sector.
He studied and had his internships in Great Britain, USA and Germany. He obtained his PG Diploma in Management and Leadership from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK .
Vitalie has been involved as an international consultant in various projects in Austria, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania, Russia and Ukraine.
During his activity in AXA Management Consulting, Vitalie has specialized in the following areas: Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, Organization Optimization Management.
